Want a repayment plan that fits your life?
A calculator shows the maths. Sarah can show you how to structure your loan, which parts to fix, and how to set up repayments so extra payments are allowed without costly break fees.
What is the difference between a table loan and a reducing loan?
On a table loan your repayments stay the same and the split between interest and principal changes over time. On a reducing loan you repay the same amount of principal each time, so repayments start higher and fall as the balance reduces.
This calculator assumes a table loan.
Does the calculator include fees or rate changes?
No. It assumes your interest rate stays the same for the full term and does not include bank fees or early repayment costs.
Use the "If my interest rate changes" scenario to see how a different rate would affect your repayments.
Can I save or share my results?
Yes. Your numbers are kept in the page address as you type. Use "Copy link to these numbers" to share them, or bookmark the page to come back later.
Turn The Numbers Into A Plan
Bring your figures to a free chat with Sarah. She’ll compare lenders, structure your loan around how you want to repay it, and show you what the savings could look like in real life.
This calculator is a guide only and is not a loan offer or personalised financial advice. Results assume a table loan with a constant interest rate and exclude fees and early repayment costs. Your actual repayments will depend on your lender, interest rate, loan structure and terms.
